Immanuel Practicum – Proficient Coaches<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

I am often asked to recommend Practiced Immanuel Practicum coaches who will provide several Immanuel sessions to get started or work long term.  Other times I am asked to recommend someone to lead an Immanuel Small Group.  Both Dr. Karl Lehman and I receive Immanuel regularly (weekly or biweekly) in order to be closer to Jesus and to be the best untriggered coaches we can be for our receivers.  Those on this list are following our example of receiving their own weekly or biweekly sessions with another Immanuel Practicum Leader (IPL) thereby giving the best to their people. The coaches on this list have completed the Proficient Coach Seminar.  This 48 session seminar is the highest level of Immanuel Practicum training.- Pastor Patti Velotta<\/p>\n

Quantifying the Immanuel Practicum Proficient Coach:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u2022 This coach follows the Immanuel Practicum model without additions, subtractions or modifications.
\n\u2022 This coach receives weekly or biweekly Immanuel Practicum sessions from another Immanuel Practicum qualified coach.
\n\u2022 This coach has attended Immanuel Practicum Beginning, Advanced and Advanced 2 seminars at least once.  In addition, this coach has completed the minimum required sessions of the Proficient Coach Seminar
\n\u2022 This coach can understand and apply the principles and techniques presented in those seminars while coaching.
\n\u2022 This coach attends at least one Immanuel Practicum seminar and other events within a span of two years in order to maintain her status with Immanuel Practicum.
\n\u2022 This coach regularly and voluntarily consults and submits to an Immanuel Practicum local mentor\/leader (either an ICL or Immanuel Practicum Presenter).
\n\u2022 This coach remains relationally connected to the Immanuel Practicum organization.<\/p>\n
