Immanuel Prayer

Jesus came to be Immanuel, God with us. He alone meets every need and heals all. Immanuel prayer is not solely about inner healing. It’s about knowing and experiencing Him. It’s about intimacy. It’s about a living relationship with the Savio

“Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when we see Him, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.” ~1 John 3:2

“Then you will experience for yourselves the truth, and the truth will set you free.” ~John 8:32

The primary goal of Immanuel prayer is to see Jesus for who He really is. We learn to experience Him in the past and in the present. The other goal is to gain secure attachment with the Lord. Secure attachment is:

  1. When we look for Him we always find Him.
  2. When we find Him, He is always happy to see us.
  3. He always has the answer for our problems. We discover that He alone is the answer.

In the process, He reveals lies, brings His truth, and heals deep wounds.

Immanuel prayer is not a counseling session. It is prayer time to meet with Jesus. He always leads. He always does the work. He always overcomes.

“Be of good cheer for I have overcome the world!” ~John 16:33

Immanuel – God with us!

“The person who has My commandments and keeps them is one who (really) loves Me; and whoever really loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I (too) will love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. (I will let Myself be clearly seen by him and make Myself real to him.) ~John 14:21 (Amplified)

Immanuel Prayer is the lifestyle that Pastor Patti Velotta has been experiencing and practicing for the past 10 years. Through her personal pain she was led to Dr. Karl Lehman, a psychiatrist specializing in brain function related to inner healing and spirituality. As this divine appointment converged their paths, Pastor Patti experienced deep healing through her personal encounters with Jesus. Immanuel Prayer changed her life and became foundational to her Christian faith.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, and His heart’s goal has never changed; He is preparing a bride that will know Him and experience that unconditional love and return that love with a grateful heart. Immanuel helps you to grasp and live the concept of the “‘with-God life’ – a model for seeing the whole of Scripture as the unfolding story of God’s plan for a loving relationship with our Creator.” (Foster et al:’‘Renovare Spiritual Formation Bible’).

As Pastor Velotta teaches Immanuel, you will receive encouragement, discover scriptural models from the Old and New Testaments, and understand biblical prayers that show us the Lord’s desire to walk continuously in intimacy with us here and now. You will be taught how to see Jesus (based on scripture) with the realization that you too can personally see Him, and that we are in fact commanded to do so!

Immanuel isn’t just a teaching on inner healing; it’s a pathway of practical hope whereby we can see Jesus as He is and be changed:

“Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when we see Him, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is (1 John 3:2).”

Inner healing is a by-product of discovering that Jesus is indeed with us. Pastor Patti applies her faith, anointing and compassion developed through her own healing work. She will teach you the lifestyle of finding Jesus, watching Him break down ALL barriers to intimacy with Him and observing Him overcome the world in your past and present. You will learn to live in the righteousness, peace and joy of the Holy Spirit – living the kingdom life which is your birthright – and finding and walking in your true self.

Pastor Velotta has used this training in her own personal journey of healing, integrating it into Calvary Way’s services, pastoral counseling, and her relationships with others. She now teaches this lifestyle in seminars as well as one-on-one training. She has an intuitive understanding of the process mixed with revelation in scripture. She has been given an anointing to teach this and to explain the deep things of God in laymen’s terms as a pastor-teacher.
